Accuracy X, Inc. has identified that the microRAIL scope rail product which where manufactured by our supplier may have material defects. In those products, it is possible that the scope rail material could fail under use.
Stop using your microRAIL product and contact Accuracy X Inc.® to arrange for its return and replacement or refund.

This notice applies ONLY to the microRAIL™ product manufactured between June 1, 2018 and August 31, 2020

REMEDY/ACTION TO BE TAKEN:
Accuracy X, Inc. ® will arrange for the return of your microRAIL™ product to Accuracy X, Inc. All shipping and replacement costs will be covered by Accuracy X, Inc ®.
